Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic practice where you will feel energized. In class we synchronize the movements with the breath and invite our body and mind to flow with harmony and consciousness. It is a power yoga class where you will be challenged and have fun at the same time!
Hatha Vinyasa
In Hatha-Vinyasa we combine conscious breathing, flow, stillness and a focused mind. This style energizes, strengthens and improves your flexibility. The conscious, dynamic, intense movement and breathing maintained during class promote calmness in the body and mind.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a style that allows you to relax your mind and body. At Yin Yoga you will hold the poses for between 2-5 minutes. This practice allows you to stretch the muscles and connective tissue while relaxing your body as much as possible.
Yoga Trapeze
Yoga Trapeze is an inverted postures mechanism in which you practice yoga poses in the air. In these classes you will work on strengthening the upper body, core, balance, flexibility, inverted postures and the back. It is a challenging and fun exercise.
Yin Nidra
Yin Nidra is a combination of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. In Yin Yoga we hold the poses for longer periods to go deep into the connective tissue. Yoga Nidra means yogi sleep. We lie quietly on our yoga mat while the teacher guides you through a restful meditation. This class is great for ultimate deep relaxation. It will give you the chance to completely relax both mind and body.
